With decades of experience supporting yachts in Auckland and across the South Pacific, we’ve built strong relationships with trusted local suppliers, tradespeople and service providers. If you need something done quickly, quietly, or after hours, we’ll find a way to make it happen.

We work closely with the New Zealand Customs Service, MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) and Immigration New Zealand to ensure all arrival procedures are managed professionally. Our longstanding relationships with local authorities mean we can often pre-arrange clearances and resolve paperwork ahead of your arrival, minimising time at the dock and freeing up your crew to focus on operational readiness.
Many visiting crew travel on a mix of nationalities and visa statuses. We provide hands-on assistance with yacht crew visa requirements, ensuring each crew member is eligible to enter and work in New Zealand.
New Zealand biosecurity requirements are among the strictest in the world, and we’ll guide you through them step by step. Our team helps you comply with MPI requirements to prevent delays or penalties on arrival:

We take a hands-on approach to superyacht travel, taking the time to understand what matters to you. This allows us to offer advice that’s genuinely tailored, not templated. It’s a more personal way of working, built on experience and attention to detail.
We operate to high professional standards, with a strong focus on transparency and consistency. Our membership with MYBA, AYSS, and NZ Marine reinforces our global network and commitment to industry best practices.
We’re proudly New Zealand owned and operated, with experience that extends across the globe. Having travelled and worked across 80 countries, we bring a broader perspective and a clear understanding of how to make the most of your time on the water.
We manage the full arrival process submitting Advance Notice of Arrival (ANA) and Border Clearance requests, coordinating customs, immigration and biosecurity inspections, completing vessel documentation, and liaising with officials to arrange dockside clearance. We work directly with NZ Customs, MPI and Immigration New Zealand on your behalf.
New Zealand has some of the strictest biosecurity requirements in the world. We guide you through pre-declaring food stores and wood products, managing waste disposal to meet quarantine standards, and coordinating MPI inspections and documentation to avoid delays or penalties on arrival.
Yes. We provide hands-on support with yacht crew visa requirements, including entry options for non-NZ passport holders, transit visas for guests and rotational crew, and guidance on the differences between New Zealand crew entry rules and other jurisdictions such as the US B1/B2 visa.
Whether purchasing or selling, our team provides considered guidance, market intelligence, and end-to-end transaction support to ensure a smooth and well-managed process.
